- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Avoid this facility for true work related injury. I injured my knee at work and suspected a meniscus tear due to classic symptoms of popping, cracking, giving way, and locking. The physicians assistant came in and began by letting me know that I would not be receiving an MRI and that they would probably just send me to physical therapy and see how that goes. The doctor, Meredith Henshel, did not even examine me before declaring the diagnosis as a lateral ligament strain. They were incredibly rude for the entire duration of the appointment. I was treated with EXTREME suspicion. It seems like this office is so concerned with catching injury fraud that it is compromising their ability to properly diagnose real injuries. Another nurse or technician pulled me aside during the appointment and told me to go somewhere else because she has seen many sent to physical therapy from this office only to come back in worse condition than before and in need of surgery. I was able to transfer to a private orthopedic specialist the following week and he ordered an MRI which showed a MENISCUS TEAR and DISLOCATED FRAGMENT which is absolutely in need of surgery. I was MISDIAGNOSED by DR. MEREDITH HENSHEL due to skepticism and a lack of understanding of knee injuries. If you have a work injury and are in need of true healthcare, I urge you to find another facility that will take care of your needs.July 04, 2017by Nicholas Green
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Everyone is so correct.. I currently have a torn ligament they listed it as a strain and not a sprain which is what I actually have. With my back injuries... they said muscle spasm. Er diagnosed me with sciatica Update last appt after work related injury lasting well over 2 months... Appt. Is at 130 I'm the first appt for alavy... He is 10 minutes late for his first appt.
